Accounting Clerk FT (Allegheny County Library Association)

The Allegheny County Library Association (ACLA) is looking for a full-time Accounting Clerk in support of the Shared Accounting Services program for headquarters and multiple participating libraries.

Among the responsibilities of this position are maintaining files and documentation for annual audits, performing data entry for accounts payable, processing online payments, supporting payroll functions, preparing biweekly and monthly reports, preparing deposits, and handling all accounting mail functions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a high school degree or equivalent, experience with accounting software and maintaining filing systems, and proficiency with Microsoft products including Word and Excel. An associate degree in accounting or bookkeeping experience is preferred. Familiarity with Black Baud Financial Edge Software is a plus.

This is a Monday – Friday, 40 hour per week position that pays $15.00/hour.
