Consider applying for the full-time position of Children’s Librarian at Cranberry Public Library (CPL)!

CPL is hiring a highly motivated, energetic, and creative individual to fill the role of Children’s Librarian. Must have a passion for working with children and their families; prioritize customer service, and be able to promote the library both inside and outside of the library’s walls. Strong skills in early literacy programming and services are also a must.

The successful candidate for this full-time position (40 hours, including evenings and weekends) will have a degree/background in early education and a minimum of 2 years of experience working with children. Preference will be given to those with an MLIS and/or experience working with children in a public library setting.

Generous health care stipend and partial benefits upon successful completion of a 3-month probationary period; full benefits after completion of 1-year of employment. Minimum salary of $16.15/hour.
