Job Summary: The Library Services Supervisor, Community & Legal Connections strengthens the Library’s connection to local organizations and individuals that expand access to resources related to legal issues and procedures, research, community resources, through related programming and services. This position will expand the work of the Allegheny County Law Library to include the development of strategic partnerships, the implementation of community legal information services and programming, systemwide at CLP and across Allegheny County. The Library Services Supervisor, Community & Legal Connections will help grow CLP’s presence and reach in providing legal information for the public.

Under the direction of the Library Service Manager-ACLL, the Library Services Supervisor, Community & Legal Connections will act as a service lead for developing and implementing programs, partnerships, community legal resources, and other initiatives. To accomplish these goals the Library Services Supervisor, Community & Legal Connections will collaborate internally with staff and leaders at the ACLL and in departments and locations across the CLP system and externally with partners, presenters and individual community members.
