The Donor Relations Coordinator is responsible for management of the database system that tracks all individual, corporate and foundation donations and will also handle donor calls and inquiries, and general Foundation office management, including donor correspondence. The Donor Relations Coordinator will assist with fundraising activities, particularly special events, auctions, negotiating donations from businesses, and maintaining spreadsheets and documentation. Successful candidate must be accurate and well-organized, and be able to work independently and in a team environment with a diverse workforce and community. Ability to multi-task is a must.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes daytime, evening and weekend hours. Extra hours may be assigned in advance by the Director of Development/Foundation Director, especially as related to special events and yearly fundraising campaign deadlines. This is a 12 hour/week position and the starting rate is $13.50 per hour.
