CLP’s Adult Librarians are dynamic, service minded individuals who lead the development and implementation of information, digital, reader’s, and adult learning library services; act as a mentor to staff and volunteers, and connect users to resources and opportunities that reflect their interests; and responds to needs within diverse and changing communities, empowering them to be meet their work, life, and educational goals. As part of the Family & Local History Department, the photographic and local interest collections represent a significant and growing resource for researchers, educators, and the public. Candidates are encouraged to explore Historic Pittsburgh to gain an understanding of the breadth and depth of photographic and local history materials in our collections.
