Allegheny County Council Recognizes National Library Week 2026
On April 14, 2026, Allegheny County Council recognized National Library Week with a proclamation. The proclamation was sponsored and read by Councilmember Suzanne Filiaggi, who shared her own story of library joy in honor of this year’s National Library Week theme. The Allegheny County Library Association is grateful for the continued support for libraries provided by Allegheny County Council.
