Since its founding in 1914, Andrew Bayne Memorial Library has been an anchor for the community of Bellevue. Past and current generations of residents have spent time in the beautiful Victorian house on the hill learning to read, attending meetings and events, and getting to know their neighbors and their neighborhood.
