Hello and thank you all so much for the warm welcome I have received so far.

I have always wanted to come back to Pittsburgh and I am so excited to be here working with the libraries of Allegheny County. Over the next several months, I want to learn more about the communities throughout Allegheny County and the libraries that serve them. I am looking forward to visiting our libraries and learning about the great things that they are doing for the communities.

Libraries are uniquely set up to be sources of not only books, but a wealth of other materials and services to help make our communities stronger. As we look to the future, I want to work hard to help the libraries of Allegheny County to continue to be the best they can be.

I am proud to be associated with such great libraries and I look forward to a great future here.
